Yes! We are going back to Armenia, Colombia again because Yoga in nature is the dream that keeps calling! For this retreat, I am so thrilled to be bringing the talented Mulan Reiter with me to share with all of you her unique magic, Her guided meditations for well being and manifestations. Be ready because everything you need will come true.

Be ready to have the time of your life. We will be practicing Yoga every day to ground ourselves and grow from inside out. 

We will be going to explore some of the most stunning places in nature. We will be hiking by waterfalls. and riding back through the jungle in a 90’s era Jeep like a true Columbian. Enjoy warm and cozy cabins with balconies overlooking the most amazing forest panoramas, waking up to the sound of birds. Enjoy some alone time, breathing the purest, sweetest air, listening to the sounds of the jungle, helping you to reconnect with the self.

And it only gets better; you will have one Ayurvedic massage included, with the suggested option to receive massage everyday. These Ayurvedic treatments are given with oils that help your skin, bones, muscles and joints to feel soothed and lubricated. Imagine even one day on this trip, as a gift to yourself: Taking a heart-opening yoga class, receiving a deep Ayurvedic massage, then having fun making meaningful art, sharing company with good people over a delicious healthy meal, and finally strolling along the mountainside at sunset.
